Viëtor & Co is inter alia offered through the webshop www.vietorandco.com, hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides Stefanie Viëtor Products with the online e-commerce platform that allows it to sell its products to you.

These terms will be updated periodically without notice and were last updated on 9 June 2025. It is your responsibility to check our website for changes. Continued use of our website or ordering items after updates constitutes agreement with the new terms.
Products and website
All images, specifications and dimensions on our website are indicative. Handcrafted products may vary from those displayed online (including with respect to color, print, or image).
Stefanie Viëtor Products reserves the right to change prices on its website at any time. Promotion or sales prices do not apply with respect to any repeat or future orders from you.
If a pricing error occurs on the website and it is clear that it was a mistake, we reserve the right to correct it even after an order has been placed.
All product prices shown on www.vietorandco.com include value added taxes (VAT) but exclude delivery costs.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice at any time.
Purchasing something from the store
Your purchase becomes effective and binding when you place your order on our website and we have received payment for your purchase.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is processed.
Stefanie Viëtor Products remains the full owner of any product(s) until payment has been received.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.
Paying for your purchase
You can choose from: Ideal and Credit card (Mastercard and Visa).
Credit card information is transferred via an encrypted secure system without access by others for security purposes.
Delivery of your purchase
Your purchase will be delivered to the address specified by you in your order.
Delivery times are estimates. Stefanie Viëtor Products is not liable for delays beyond estimated dates (including as a result of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, adverse weather conditions or other events beyond our control).
Stefanie Viëtor Products is responsible for your purchase until it has been delivered. After delivery, you will be responsible. A confirmation from the courier service that your purchase has been delivered will be prima facie evidence that your purchase has been delivered to the selected delivery address and of the date of delivery.
Stefanie Viëtor Products is not responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address you provide or your availability to receive the delivery. If the courier service charges additional costs due to an incorrect delivery address or because you were unavailable to accept the delivery, these costs will be your responsibility. If normal delivery under standard conditions is impossible or unreasonable, your purchase will be returned to us. Any costs for re-delivery, including reasonable administrative fees, will be your responsibility and must be paid in advance. Any item returned to us but not claimed by you will be stored for up to six months. After this period, we may dispose of the item as we see fit without any liability or obligation to you.
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional taxes and duties (including import duties) may apply which are your responsibility; contact local customs before ordering for more information before placing an order.
Packages are delivered using PostNL.
Returning your purchase
Stefanie Viëtor Products hopes that you are satisfied with your purchase!
If for any reason you are not, you may return your purchase. Our return policy is below.
If the merchandise is being shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
To be eligible for a return, however, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them, unused and with tags and in its original packaging if applicable. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
To start a return, please contact us at sv@vietorandco.com, stating your
- name
- ordernumber
- the product you would like to return and
- the name and bankaccount you would like to be reimbursed on. (A refund can only be made against the original payment method.
If your return is accepted, returns can be sent tot the following address:

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on you original payment method within 10 business days. We only provide a refund of the purchase price.
If Stefanie Viëtor Products is charged for any cost related to a return, we will deduct these from the refund or if these exceed the amount of the refund, we will reject the return and you will be notified about this as soon as reasonably possible.
If your order has arrived damaged, please contact us by sending an email to sv@vietorandco.com. We will then resolve this together.
Warranty on your purchase
Stefanie Viëtor Products does not extend any warranty on any purchase beyond any warranties that apply pursuant to Dutch law (and for the maximum duration prescribed by Dutch law).
